Why would I choose a Par Place condominium over a single family home?
Par Place living is a life style; we take care of all your outside maintenance for you. We will mow your lawn, prune your shrubs, water your grass, pick up your garbage, wash your windows, remove the snow from your walk & drive, paint your siding, repair your roof, watch over your place when you are gone and pay your home owners insurance. All this for a small monthly payment. When you want to travel or your health keeps you from doing this maintenance, no problem we will take care of it.

I live alone and want a place where I feel safe. Is Par Place a safe place to live?
Yes, Par Place is located on a private dead end road in the City of Hayward. With good security lighting, plenty of neighbors, and police, fire, and ambulance service literally a couple of minutes away in my opinion it is as safe and convenient as you will find anywhere.

What if I like to garden or do lawn work?
Par Place has large flower gardens and lawns incorporated with each unit and we would love to have you help out. We also have many opportunities for the handyman. When you're gone, we will take over. Now that's freedom.

Do I have a choice in how the interior of my home is finished off?
Yes, when you decide to live in a Par Place condo our professionals will work with you to finish your unit to your taste and budget.

I like to get out and walk or ride my bike. Is there a place for this without a lot of traffic?
Yes, Par Place has an abandon railroad bed that can be accessed from the property and is used by many for walking and biking. You can also easily access the city sidewalk system. Soon you will also be able to access miles of paved walking & biking trails proposed by the City of Hayward.

What do you mean by conveniently located?
Par Place is unique because it is tucked away at the end of a private road. No busy streets or cars speeding by. Hayward's largest shopping super center is literally a minutes walk without having to cross a single street. The hospital and clinic are 1 mile away. There are two 18 hole golf courses within 4 miles. The senior center is one mile away and provides transportation services to and from as well as to the whole of Hayward area. The Birkie Trail access is 3 miles away. There are 26 restaurants within 3 miles. Not to mention we are located in the center of vacation land with hundreds of lakes with public boat landings and the Chequamegon National Forest.

Will I hear alot of noise from the commercial property located adjacent to Par Place?
We have installed an 8 foot vinyl privacy fence to buffer the property from the commercial properties. This significantly reduces any noise and blocks any objectionable sights. In the near future will be doing significant tree planting along the fence and throughout the property to give it more of a north woods feel.

What if I have a RV, a boat, or just need more space to store my belongings?
Par Place offers onsite and secure storage options for a low monthly fee.

Do I have access to high speed internet and cable service?
Yes, Par Place has the services of two different phone companies and cable TV and high speed DSL internet. The homes are extensively wired for any of these services in all living areas and bedrooms.

Can we have pets?
Yes, Par Place allows up to two indoor pets. They must be leashed when outside and you will be required to pick up after them.

How do I know my needs will be addressed?
The developer is a life long resident of the Hayward area. I am dedicated to providing a quality, safe enviroment for all the residents of Par Place. All the building materials have been purchased locally from highly respected suppliers as well as the use of local professional contractors. Service after the sale is what we will guarantee you; after all we are your neighbors.
