| “Universal Design”. This design concept will allow people of all ages and abilities to freely access their homes with no limitations. This design will accommodate a great need within our community of people that are seeking homes with safe and easy access living.
This building will be constructed by Home for Life Building Solutions, Josh Heyworth. Josh is a National Home Builders Association member, Certified Aging–In-Place (CAPS) trained & a CAPS Specialist. |

Energy Star Construction - Definition |  |
To earn the ENERGY STAR, a home must meet guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. These homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC), and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them 20–30% more efficient than standard homes. These features include:
